only two

For some reason, bloody blogger won't let me post more than two photos -- even though I've disabled all popup blockers. Oh well.
Bubby meets Zoe for the first time
in April, with Mami's friend Matthew
and Zoe's Grandma Barb, in New York

Sometimes, my curly girls
like to go straight

Did the upload picture button stop working for you? Maybe the window was already open behind another window you were on. :) Or maybe you exceeded your allowed image MB total for a blog.

BTW, how long does the straight hair last?

There were two popup blockers turned on, so I turned them both off. Even then, it was a crapshoot: I tried three or four times before I could upload those two photos, and then it stopped working again (the popup "blink!" noise happened each time I attempted it again). I figured twenty minutes of trying was enough of that. (Thanks, though -- I did keep my eye out for the window open elsewhere...it wasn't.)

The straight hair lasts as long as it is dry. The funny thing is, the girls were SO EXCITED to have their hair straightened (at a salon, when they got their hair cut that morning), but then, after our lunch (cafe rio), they went straight to a swimming party. Oh well. I told them we'd go back another time to get their hair styled straight when swimming wasn't on the docket for the day.

ps - you all coming to utah any time soon? We miss you guys.

No plans right now. But since you had to bring up Cafe Rio...maybe we'll make plans...

I like Bubby's roll over his pants. I just want to skwoosh him up. (is skwoosh a word?)

Now now, let's not get into this, shall we? Did I ever claim it to be Mexican Food? No, I did not. (JC can judge that for himself, being from...where is it again????) It's just yummy. No hard feelings.

SPEAKING OF WHICH -- why did Beto's in Provo change its name? Their burritos are still so divine, so I don't really care, but...does anyone know?
