As a child of the 80's, it wouldn't be Christmas without "Christmas Wrapping" by the Waitresses.
Of course, I was raised on 40's and 50's music as well so I must have Nat King Cole's "Buon Natale", Rosemary Clooney's "Suzy Snowflake" and "Snowy Snow White" by Dorothy Squires. Gracie Fields "Christmas Eve In Fairyland" may be too weird for you, but my children enjoy mimicking her.
Danny Kaye and The Andrew Sisters "A Merry Christmas At Grandmothers" is a fun one too.

The John Denver and the Muppets Album is "Christmas" to me. We played OUT that record as kids every Christmas.

I was thinking in the other car that radio stations should only be allowed to play "vintage" Christmas music, Bing Crosby, Boston Pops, etc. NO more of this, 12 different versions of Silent night, also NO Gloria Estefan!!
